The financial crisis has hit developing country pension systems and investment markets badly. As part of the response to the crisis, the Commonwealth Business Council has asked Crown Agents Investment Management (CAIM) to write a policy paper on "pension and investment" for Commonwealth Finance Ministers to consider. Michael Naameh, Director and Chief Investment Officer of CAIM presented the paper at a meeting chaired by the Secretary General of the Commonwealth, Mr Kamalesh Sharma in early October.
