In accordance with Danish Law No. 152, please find below the current opportunities for the purchase of Goods by Danish International Development Agency (Danida) projects. Opportunities above the EU threshold will be advertised in the Official Journal for the European Union (OJEU).
January 2009: Requirement for Six (6) Vehicles (Mozambique)
Project: Joint Municipal Program (P13) - Mozambique Environment Programme of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Requirement: Qty 6 x Double Cabin Vehicles, 4WD, with Turbo Diesel Engine, Minimum 3,000cc, 5 Seats for delivery to Beira and Nampula, Mozambique
Interested Bidders shall submit the following documents with their Expression of Interest:
- Evidence that the bidder is a manufacturer/authorised representative of one or more manufacturers who must have designed, manufactured, tested and supplied equipment(s) similar to the above specified and which shall have been in successful operation for at least five years;
- Documentary evidence confirming that, in the case of a Bidder offering to supply goods under the contract which the Bidder did not manufacture or otherwise produce, the Bidder has been duly authorized by the goods Manufacturer or producer to supply the goods in the Purchaser's country.
- Documentary evidence confirming the goods compliance to the specifications. Such evidence shall consist of Manufacturer's Technical Literature.
- In the case of the Bidder not doing business within the Purchaser's country, the Bidder will be represented by an Agent in that country equipped and able to carry out the Supplier's maintenance, repair and spare parts stocking obligations.
- The bidder has the financial capability to perform the contract.
- The bidder is fully authorised to do business in Mozambique (Alvará), and conforms with:
- Tax Obligations (Certidão da Área Fiscal, válida);
- Social Security Obligations (Certidão do INSS);
- Is not involved in a litigation process.
