Crown Agents has a number of agency Contract Conditions:
- Crown Agents Conditions of Contract for the Purchase of Goods (2003)
- Conditions of Contract for the Purchase of Goods and Associated Services (2003).
- Agency Contract Conditions (Abridged) (2005)
- Agency Local Order Conditions (2009)
Each of these general Conditions have been drafted to provide protection to our clients whilst meeting reasonable commercial expectations of suppliers.
The term "Contractor" is used for the Conditions of Contract for the Purchase of Goods and Associated Services (2003) rather than Supplier to differentiate between the two sets of contract conditions.
A copy of the relevant Contract Conditions will be included, or incorporated by reference in bidding documents, as they will form the basis of any contract awarded by Crown Agents. Supporting Special Conditions will be stated within the relevant bidding document or Contract.
