In Kenya, AFCAP is hosted by the Ministry of Roads and Public Works. The national coordinator is Stephen Kogi, Chief Materials Engineer, Ministry of Roads and Public Works. AFCAP Kenya's steering committee is the Roads 2000 Co-ordinating Committee.
